⭑ terms of service

1. Works are not to be used for commercial use UNLESS explicitly discussed prior to starting the commission.2. I have the right to refuse+refund a commission I may not be comfortable with– please view example sheet for reference.3. Clients may use finished work for personal uses and share on any platform, opt. credit (@jersksh twt)4. No refunds after initial sketch/wip is approved. (May be multiple sequential sketches if animated).5. Payment is taken either through ko-fi or paypal.You may either pay full upfront in ko-fi or paypal, or if discussed, a 50/50 payment through paypal only. ko-fi reflects all current available slots, regardless of choice in payment.6. I'm not a very quick worker-- Turn around dates may be slow, But clients will always be updated through my comm. queue + dm's.7. If in some situation I am unable to complete the commission, clients will receive a full refund.8. My work is not to be used w/ anything involving AI or NFT'S.9. Only small changes may be made once product is finished. Large changes only during sketch + coloring stages.10. I retain rights to my artwork. I post most finished commissions on social medias (with clients handle if applicable). Please let me know beforehand if you'd like to keep it private!11. IDLES ONLY: 10% discount available for simple character designs. Only applicable if you reach out BEFORE ordering, and will be paid with paypal only.
